This module focuses on techniques of the revival of two vital organs of the human body that is heart and lungs. This technique has shown miracles more specifically when casualty stopped breathing or had a sudden cardiac arrest due to some trauma/illness. If AED is used timely for a cardiac arrest victim with CPR procedure survival rate is very high.

- Managing asphyxia/chocking cases.
- Understanding Angina, Heart Attack and Cardiac Arrest.
- Understanding process of CPR with DRABC, DRCAB and hand only CPR rule.
- Audio/Visuals of CPR
- Principle of early defibrillation
- Introduction to AED
- Operational Step to use AED
- Standard operating procedures during defibrillation.
- Post resuscitation care.
- Troubleshooting of AED.
Contents: Practical
Hands on experience with manikin to understand CPR process.
Demonstration of AED by the trainer.
