Significance:
In an industrial set up, personal protective equipments are playing a vital role to safe guard an employee from possible work place injuries. Though these personal protective equipments are very essential, employees tend to avoid them because of uneasiness while using them. Sometimes attitudinal and behavioral aspect of an employee is involved for not using a PPE. This program is designed to motivate the employees by showing them visuals of various serious accidents and discussing their effects on an individual and society. - Physical demonstration of various PPEs.
